DSLR Experience

I recently bought a new DSLR. The Nikon D3100. This is one of the most popular selling DSLRs in the market. Having said that I did not buy it just because of it's price or the popularity, however, because of its working aspect.

I was planning to buy one for a very long time because I love to take photos. Of course everyone loves to take snaps but I wanted pictures to be perfect from the day I got my hands on my dad's Yashica camera.

This baby is one hell of a camera. Initially, it was just clicking photos. But the interesting part here is that as I grew up I started exploring more of it.

Few years back, I bought another camera, a Point-and-Shoot one. That was a Samsung S760 . This one taught me more about point-and-shoot cameras. Specifiactions:

  • 7.2 mega pixels, 3x optical zoom
  • DIS (Digital Image Stabilization) function
  • face detection AF & AE
  • self portrait

Now, coming back to my recent possession of the Nikon D3100 . This DSLR has helped me a lot to do more than what I had learnt with my previous experiences with cameras. I had gone through each and every reviews for this one and finally decided to go for this as a beginner with DSLRs.

Amazing experience. You can check a few of my snaps by visiting the link http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=254829&id=586054086&l=850802e856 .
